The position emphasizes delivering technical tasks from concept to construction, applying NESC/ASCE standards, and contributing to proposals and client engagements in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Electrical Engineering required.
• PE license required; multi-state licensure a plus.
• Master's degree preferred and a strong track record in transmission line engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed design and analysis of overhead and underground transmission line systems (69kV to 500kV).
• Apply standards such as NESC, ASCE, and client requirements to ensure compliance.
• Support project delivery from concept through construction, including estimating and scheduling.
• Conduct design reviews for accuracy, constructability, and client alignment.
• Collaborate with project managers, junior engineers, and other specialists to deliver outcomes.
• Contribute to proposal development and client engagement as needed.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and technical development initiatives.
