Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead on-site execution of transmission/distribution projects in the Providence, RI area. You will direct activities at client sites, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and manage subcontractor workforce.

The role requires extensive field supervision experience, ability to read drawings and schematics, and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of supervisory experience in transmission/distribution construction.
• Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with self-direction and high motivation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction prints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented approach to field work.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive leadership to construction teams to meet safety, quality, and budget goals.
• Develop and direct construction work plans, schedules, and health/safety plans.
• Coordinate external resources to support contract work plans and budgets.
• Interface with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of commitments and updates.
