Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee local projects in the Boston, MA area, directing the contractor workforce on client sites to meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.

You will collaborate with contracted crews to develop work proposals, detailed schedules, and outage plans while ensuring resources are aligned with budgets and timelines. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of supervisory experience in transmission/distribution construction.
• Knowledge of OSHA, federal/state/local environmental rules/regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with self-direction and high motivation.
• Ability to read construction prints, schematics, and one-line diagrams to build and troubleshoot facilities.
• Resilient, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct contractor workforce to maintain safety, quality, and compliance with design and environmental standards.
• Develop Work Proposals with construction work plans, schedules, Safety & Health Plan, and outage plan.
• Identify and assign external resources to support plans, schedule, and budget.
• Interface with clients and stakeholders to understand needs and deliver commitments on time and within budget.
• Participate in construction meetings to provide updates and reports.
