Job summary

Responsibilities include overseeing project planning, risk, scope, and cost, pursuing new business with account managers, and maintaining compliance with QA/QC standards while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing engineering projects in the Transmission & Distribution industry.
• Experience with producing engineering design and construction documents.
• Proven track record in proposal development, contract negotiations, project planning, and client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and participate in contract negotiations.
• Manage projects from concept to completion including siting, permitting, planning, estimating, engineering, ROW, procurement, constructability, and closeout.
• Develop and monitor schedules, manage scope, and control costs.
• Own internal project financials, staffing, and risk management.
• Serve as primary client contact for coordination and project execution.
• Report progress, cost, schedule metrics, and procurement issues.
• Travel to client/project locations as required.
• Ensure QA/QC adherence and effective communication across teams.
