Job summary

SolveNow Inc. is seeking a Lead Transmission Engineer to manage transmission design projects from concept to completion. The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field and 7 years of relevant experience, with a focus on EPC projects.

The successful candidate will lead design efforts, prepare specifications, perform quality reviews, and mentor junior engineers. Strong communication skills and a Professional Engineer (PE) License are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7 years of transmission engineering experience required.
• EPC project experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform quality reviews for detailed engineering documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead transmission design of projects from concept to completion.
