Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD, or MD with at least 6 years of relevant experience in pharma/biotech.
• MS with at least 8 years of relevant experience in translational or precision medicine.

Responsibilities

• Lead translational and biomarker strategies for clinical programs across development stages.
• Oversee design, execution, and interpretation of biomarker activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional translational teams within a matrixed environment.
• Partner with Operations for sample management, assay validation, and data handling.
• Incorporate budgets, timelines, publications, and regulatory requirements into program strategy.
• Author and review translational components of development plans and study reports.
• Lead scientific collaborations with key opinion leaders and Medical Affairs.
• Maintain current knowledge of immunology literature and emerging technologies.
