AbbVie seeks an experienced translational and biomarker scientist in the Precision Medicine Immunology group. You will develop and execute translational plans and biomarker strategies across immunology programs, leading cross-functional teams and external collaborations to advance clinical development.

You will oversee assay development, data management and regulatory-ready documentation, with emphasis on pharmacodynamics and exploratory biomarkers to inform asset strategy and publication plans.

Qualifications

• PhD/MD/PharmD with 4+ years in pharma or equivalent; MS with 6+ years; BS with 10+ years.
• Strong background in immunology and translational medicine.
• Leadership in translational sciences and biomarker development is valued.
• Experience with assay development and data interpretation is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate in a matrix environment with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead translational and biomarker strategic plans for one or more programs.
• Design, conduct, and interpret biomarker data in line with strategies.
• Coordinate sample management and analytical validation with CROs.
• Ensure budgets, timelines, and regulatory considerations are incorporated.
• Author development plans, protocols, study reports, and regulatory submissions.
• Foster collaborations with Medical Affairs, Commercial, and other teams.
