Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in managing transitions for software applications.
• At least three years analyzing complex technical issues and delivering solutions.
• At least three years with ITIL, Agile, or CMMI frameworks.
• Certified Scrum Master.
• Five+ years managing transitions for enterprise-scale software.
• TS/SCI clearance (W/FSP) from day 1.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for transitioning requirements from legacy contracts to the new program.
• Oversee all aspects of the transition and meet weekly with the Sponsor to review status.
• Ensure a seamless transfer of SOW requirements between contracts.
