IBM Consulting is seeking a Transition Manager to lead the transfer of SOW requirements from legacy contracts to the new program, coordinating with sponsors and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget transitions that meet quality standards.
This on-site, five-days-per-week role requires close collaboration with developers, testers and infrastructure staff, weekly status reviews, risk mitigation, and clear communication to clients and stakeholders.

The Transition Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for transitioning requirements from multiple legacy contracts to the new Program. During transition periods, the Transition Manager shall be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the transition and meeting weekly with the Sponsor to review contract and program/project status. The Transition Manager role is temporary and will be required only during transition periods to ensure a seamless transfer of Statement of Work (SOW) requirements from legacy contracts to the new program.
