Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Senior Transition Consultant to manage all aspects of a new Financial Professional's transition to Osaic. This role collaborates with the Business Development team to present the value of our transition process and to communicate progress on ongoing transitions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Financial Services Industry experience preferably in broker-dealer or wealth management space.
• Knowledge of the securities industry and retirement plan industry.
• Ability to work cross-departmentally to ensure client expectations are met.
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and executes transition plans for new Financial Professionals.
• Manages regular touchpoints with transitioning Financial Professionals to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Monitors asset transfers and resolves any issues.
• Advocates for transitioning Financial Professionals with internal teams to resolve questions.
• Manages cross-organizational projects and builds relationships with internal and external partners.
