• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, management, public administration, or related field (minimum).
• Eight+ years in program/transition or change management, with leadership roles.
• Three+ years guiding complex transition, mobilization, or enterprise change initiatives.

• Lead enterprise transition planning, organizational change management, and readiness activities.
• Develop and execute Transition Management Plans and change strategies.
• Establish governance, reporting, readiness reviews, and performance metrics.
