Job summary

INIT Innovations in Transportation, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II to lead high‑profile, complex transit technology projects in North America, based in Seattle, WA or Chesapeake, VA. You will manage scope, budget, schedule, and risk, develop detailed plans, and report progress to the Director of Project Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing complex ITS/IT projects.
• Independent, self-driven with ability to work in a challenging environment.
• Strong project management skills across lifecycle phases.
• Experience deploying large complex systems with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and close complex transit technology projects with global teams.
• Ensure delivery against scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and forecasts.
• Define and maintain PM, change, cost, and risk plans with customers.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress and risk reports to stakeholders.
