Responsibilities

• Serve as Design Lead for client and design-team management of T&R projects.
• Prepare plans, specifications, and construction cost estimates.
• Plan, organize, and supervise project teams to ensure contract performance.
• Lead development of design and consultant task orders.
• Manage contracts using project data and lessons learned.
