Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a skilled Project Manager with strong transit project experience to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of complex capital programs across stations, track, and facilities. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder engagement from initiation to closeout.

The ideal candidate understands active transit environments, guides multi-disciplinary teams, and ensures safety, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery within public-sector funding frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in project management with at least 3 years in transit/rail/heavy civil.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk across multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with FTA guidelines, NEPA processes, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for transit capital projects (stations, track, BRT, facilities).
• Develop and manage scopes, budgets, schedules, and risk registers to align with funding requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, operations, safety, and third-party stakeholders.
• Oversee design, permitting, procurement, and construction; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate meetings, report status, and manage consultant/contractor performance.
