Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, architectural design, or landscape architecture.
• Five years of experience in managerial construction, professional architectural, landscape architectural, or capital project management, including two years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee complex transit construction, renovation, and development projects from planning through completion.
• Lead project scopes, budgets, schedules, contractor and consultant management, and field operations for major transit initiatives.
• Review design and construction documents, negotiate contract agreements, and approve pay requests.
• Represent the Division/Department/City at public meetings and coordinate with other agencies and external partners.
• Develop project status reports and construction budgets; estimate costs and manage timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards across projects.

Education
