• Lead project scopes, budgets, schedules, contractor and consultant management, and field operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, government agencies, and external partners.
• Develop project status reports and construction schedules; estimate costs and develop budget sheets.
• Represent the Division/Department/City at public meetings and with boards and commissions.
