The candidate will oversee multi-disciplinary transportation projects, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development.

Primary duties include planning, directing teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery, QA/QC, and coordination with subcontractors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of transportation/engineering project experience.
• 2+ years of leadership and supervision.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, direct, monitor and support teams in design and delivery of transportation projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, quality specs, and standards across multidisciplinary teams.
• Establish and maintain client contacts on technical and project administration matters.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and ensure project objectives are met within time and budget.
• Support business development activities through client interaction and proposals.
