Qualifications

• Minimum of 12+ years of experience as a project architect in the rail/transit sector.
• Registered Licensed Architect in New York preferred.
• Excellent design, technical detailing, and presentation skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and supervise architectural plans.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare reports.
• Develop design details, plans, and specifications.
