Job summary

The City of Seattle is seeking a Transportation Planning Professional to provide senior level coordination and project management for Sound Transit’s ST3 program. You will lead planning and permitting for West Seattle Link Extension, Ballard Link Extension, and Graham Street Station, coordinating with multiple departments and partners to deliver multimodal access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least four years in project or construction management or related experience.
• Current Washington State driver's license or equivalent mobility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning efforts for ST3 design and permitting.
• Lead interdepartmental and interagency coordination for station access projects.
• Develop and manage interagency agreements and memos.
• Coordinate with partner departments on station area planning and multimodal access.
• Review design documents, plan sets, and interagency documentation.
• Identify and manage grants for station access improvements.
• Oversee consultant contracts and scope/deliverable development.
• Represent City priorities to internal and external stakeholders.
