• Strong math, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office; understanding of the Intelligent Bus System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct annual performance reviews of Transportation Section employees.
• Prepare documentation for issuance and handling of discipline.
• Monitor absenteeism program and prepare daily operation reports including payroll exception tickets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
