Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree related to civil/construction fields.
• Proven experience in estimating for tunnel or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with cost databases and Excel for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs and data to define scope and costs.
• Perform quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and subcontractor evaluation.
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers and procurement on parameters and schedules.
• Prepare cost breakdowns, bids and financial reports for leadership.
• Maintain cost-tracking tools and monitor budget variances.
• Contribute to value engineering, risk reviews, and cost optimization.
• Stay updated on market conditions and pricing trends.
