Job summary

Ramos CS, now part of Colliers Engineering & Design, is hiring Construction Managers for transit capital projects across field or office settings. You will administer construction contracts, review work for compliance, and ensure safety and quality from tunnels to maintenance facilities.

The role requires a WA PE license, 10+ years of CM experience, and strong field inspection and change-order skills. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Registered Professional Engineer in Washington; out-of-state licenses considered case by case.
• Approximately 10+ years in Construction Management of heavy civil/transit projects.
• Experience managing loud-scale public works contracts and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of workers and public; monitor contractor operations.
• Review compliance with plans, specs, and safety regulations.
• Maintain project records, progress and payment documentation.
• Prepare change orders and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Conduct field inspections and document contractor performance.
