• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• Experience delivering cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RTM transformation projects from scope through implementation and stabilization.
• Translate enterprise transformation strategies into detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with cross-functional dependencies across Sales, Service, and Field Operations.
• Track progress, risks, issues, and financial impacts to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support change management plans, training materials, and rollout activities.
