Job description

Job Description We're seeking a Senior Program Manager, Transformation, to join our Corporate Strategy & Transformation team. This role manages complex, cross-functional programs, leading business process redesign and implementation across multiple functions and teams. The ideal candidate brings strong program management experience, has led process redesign from planning through implementation, and has delivered measurable business results.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Initiative Assessment & Planning

Assess complex business problems and proposed initiatives to clarify the current state, desired outcomes, scope, ownership, dependencies, risks, readiness, and measures of success. Lead early planning with business sponsors and functional leaders to translate strategic priorities and business needs into actionable transformation initiatives. Recommend the appropriate transformation approach, sequencing, governance, and level of support based on initiative complexity, value, and cross-functional impact.

  • Program Management

Lead complex, cross-functional programs from planning through implementation and stabilization, removing barriers to execution and driving measurable business outcomes. Develop and manage integrated program plans, including scope, milestones, financials, resources, risks, dependencies, and governance. Establish clear workstream ownership, decision-making processes, and executive reporting. Coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders to ensure delivery against program objectives.

  • Business Process Redesign

Lead current-state assessments and future-state process design with business owners and subject matter experts. Identify opportunities to improve business performance through process, organizational, and operational changes. Define the workflows, roles, decision points, controls, performance measures, and implementation requirements needed to put the future state into practice. Translate future-state process designs into coordinated implementation plans across business, process, technology, and change workstreams.

  • Portfolio Governance & Strategic Delivery

Align programs and initiatives with business objectives, strategic priorities, and enterprise initiatives. Partner with leadership to establish KPIs, expected benefits, and success metrics for program initiatives. Apply consistent governance, reporting, and delivery practices that strengthen portfolio visibility and decision-making. Evaluate initiative performance, surface delivery gaps, and recommend actions needed to support realization of expected business value.

  • Communication & Influence

Partner with business sponsors, functional leaders, and workstream owners to build alignment and maintain momentum. Facilitate decisions across teams with competing priorities and objectives. Communicate clear recommendations on complex issues, including trade-offs, risks, implementation considerations and program status to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Influence outcomes and drive accountability in a matrixed environment without direct authority.

Experience & Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive experience leading increasingly complex, cross-functional projects, programs, or business transformations involving multiple functions and workstreams. Led business process redesign and implementation efforts that delivered measurable operational, financial, customer, or organizational improvements. Led implementation through business readiness, rollout, stabilization, and transition to ongoing business ownership. Demonstrated strong program management across integrated planning, financials, resources, governance, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting. Applied business and financial acumen, including experience interpreting KPIs, evaluating performance, and connecting program decisions to operational and financial outcomes. Background in corporate strategy, finance, management consulting, business operations, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Advanced degree in Business Administration (MBA), Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Technology, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred. PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or a comparable certification is a plus.
