This role commands influence across Finance, IT, Sales, and Operations with governance-driven oversight. Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery of ERP/EDI and customer platform programs, managing complex dependencies, and driving ROI-focused business cases in a large, matrixed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 8+ years leading complex cross-functional programs in manufacturing, supply chain, or commercial environments
• Proven experience driving large-scale transformations (ERP, digital platforms, or operational excellence)
• Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes without direct authority
• Strong financial acumen with experience building and tracking business cases and ROI

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional transformation programs (ERP, EDI, customer platforms, order automation)
• Drive decision-making through structured governance forums and surface risks and trade-offs
• Align cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, IT, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain) and drive accountability
• Lead enterprise-level, multi-workstream programs with elevated risk and ambiguity
