Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Business Transformation Program Manager to lead ERP-related initiatives across business and technology streams. You will ensure scope, schedule, risks, and outcomes are actively managed within the transformation program roadmap.

This full-time role requires 5-8+ years of cross-functional project experience and PMP certification (or the ability to obtain within 1 year). You will partner with senior leaders and drive delivery with discipline in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, operations, technology, or a related field.
• 5-8+ years of experience supporting complex, cross-functional projects or programs.
• PMP Certification or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire.
• Experience operating within large transformation initiatives or enterprise system implementations.
• Strong planning, dependency, risk, and status reporting capabilities.
• Experience with formal PMO or TMO governance structures (stage-gates, steering committees, change control).
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of assigned functional area and initiatives, ensuring alignment with ERP roadmap.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and milestone tracking across business, technology, data, and readiness activities.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies across workstreams; support enterprise-level decision-making.
• Apply PMO standards and delivery discipline, including status reporting and change control.
• Provide clear program status to senior leaders and governance forums with actionable updates.
• Support governance forums by preparing materials and tracking actions.
• Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, and partners to ensure executable, coordinated plans.
• Monitor vendor/partner performance and surface issues early.
