Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance; MBA a plus
- Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs
- Experience with revenue model optimization, cost reduction, and operating model optimization
- Strong client leadership, problem-solving, and sustainable solutions delivery
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive opportunities and outcomes
- High-energy, high-impact operator with executive exposure
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio with attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients through the full transformation lifecycle—from assessment to implementation
- Drive revenue model optimization, service delivery improvements, and cost reductions
- Lead cross-functional transformation programs in complex corporate environments
- Support GA/Finance/HR/Supply Chain operating model design and optimization
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial leadership and pursue new business opportunities with clients
