Job summary

Bio-Rad Laboratories seeks a senior transformation leader to drive end-to-end CDG process redesign, operating model changes, and governance. You will build business cases, guide change management, and partner with IT and Quality to adopt new systems and AI-enabled solutions across product development, manufacturing and commercial teams.

With 8–12 years of experience, you will lead a small team and report into executive governance, delivering measurable benefits and KPI-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field is required.
• MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience leading business transformation across multiple disciplines and building business cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end assessment and redesign of core CDG processes and operating models.
• Establish and lead LEAN Transformation function across orgs and drive standard work.
• Own the enterprise change management methodology (Prosci ADKAR) for major initiatives.
• Partner with IT/Digital and other teams to drive adoption of new systems and AI-enabled solutions.
• Lead transformation programs from initiation to benefits realization with KPIs and governance.
