Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with JPMorgan Chase, seeks an Executive Director to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives within IPCS Ops Enablement & Transformation. You will develop business cases, align priorities, and drive value across infrastructure platforms, partnering with business, technology, and operations to navigate ambiguity from concept to execution.

The role requires 7+ years leading complex programs, advanced analytical and executive communication skills, and experience

Qualifications

• Seven or more years leading strategic transformation initiatives in large organizations.
• Proven ability to develop business cases, governance, and prioritization for complex programs.
• Advanced analytical reasoning and structured problem-solving for business, technical, and operational challenges.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity, manage dependencies, and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management across business, technology, and operations.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities with strong validation and data-sensitivity awareness.
• Experience validating AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use.
