Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience or equivalent leading strategic initiatives, business transformation programs, technical programs, or enterprise change efforts within large organizations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in opportunity assessment, business case development, prioritization, governance, and execution of complex transformation initiatives.
• Advanced analytical reasoning skills with structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, manage dependencies, and drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management to influence outcomes across business, technology, and operations.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support program management workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use.

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, assessment, and advancement of strategic transformation opportunities across IPCS, aligning initiatives with client and organizational priorities.
• Apply analysis and problem-solving to define opportunities, identify root causes, evaluate solutions, and shape transformation initiatives.
• Develop business cases, value assessments, prioritization approaches, and implementation strategies to support investments and execution.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives from discovery through mobilization and execution, managing dependencies, risks, and roadblocks.
• Foster relationships across business, technology, and operations to build alignment and influence decisions.
• Champion governance and value realization through performance insights and continuous improvement practices.
• Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate program planning and executive reporting while ensuring data handling compliance.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for governance and delivery standards.
