Qualifications

• Experience in organisation design, including role descriptions and organisation structures with future capability in mind.
• Ability to translate strategy into operating model and capability requirements.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help clients solve complex issues by performing analysis and recommendations using experience and tools.
• Scope and deliver components of end-to-end Organisation and Work design in various programme contexts.
• Work with stakeholders internally and at client sites to develop project deliverables and support business development.
• Contribute to internal practice development through methodology and knowledge sharing.
