Job summary

CLA is looking to hire a Senior - Transformation in Milwaukee to drive transformation initiatives by evaluating, organizing, and moving business opportunities through the navigation process and supporting change management activities that prepare for adoption and sustain change.

This role requires business acumen, change management knowledge, strong follow-through, and the ability to bring structure to early-stage requests and ambiguity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; combination of relevant experience, education and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Degrees in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related field preferred.
• 4 years of professional services or public accounting experience required.
• Travel: travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess business opportunities, ideas, and transformation requests.
• Clarify the business problem, expected value, impacted stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and decision needs.
• Support business case readiness by gathering inputs and preparing clear summaries for review.
• Identify change impacts, stakeholder needs, readiness considerations, communication needs, resistance themes, and adoption risks.
• Support development of change deliverables, including stakeholder impact assessments, change plans, training materials, adoption tracking, and status updates.
