Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking a Senior Associate in Transformation Services to support large, complex engagements for private-equity clients. You will design and implement creative business solutions for portfolio companies, leading performance-improvement initiatives and cost-reduction activities.

This full-time role requires 4–7 years of consulting experience, a Bachelor's degree, and deep industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–7 years of professional industry or consulting experience implementing operating-expense cost-reduction programs.
• Deep knowledge of an industry vertical is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Structure and manage performance-improvement plans through to completion.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities by redesigning structures, staffing, and back-office processes.
• Integrate data insights to enhance EBITDA and operating efficiency.
• Implement cost‑reduction initiatives, including workforce changes and process improvements.
• Make strategic recommendations based on findings.
• Lead projects in at least two areas: margin management, pricing, product rationalization, S&OP, sourcing and global supply chain.
