Job summary

Armanino Advisory LLC is seeking a senior tax professional to lead corporate tax engagements for clients across federal, state, and local jurisdictions. You will review returns, perform tax research, and guide planning and compliance initiatives within a collaborative advisory environment.

The role emphasizes client relationship management, team mentorship, and ongoing professional development in a top accounting and advisory firm setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related discipline.
• Qualified to practice before the IRS (i.e., JD, CPA, or EA).
• Minimum of 5 years’ tax experience in consulting/compliance within public accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years’ of experience in a managerial role involving clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare corporate tax compliance for clients, including federal, state, and local returns, quarterly estimates, vouchers, extensions and projections.
• Review and prepare corporate income tax provision calculations.
• Conduct high level tax research and prepare memorandums to support conclusions.
• Advise clients on planning, compliance, allocations, and general transactional activities; manage engagements and resources.
