Responsibilities

• Lead legal support for sophisticated commercial transactions, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a broad range of agreements.
• Serve as primary legal counsel to procurement and purchasing functions, advising on policies and contracting processes.
• Provide legal support for institutional affiliation agreements with academic institutions, healthcare providers, government entities, nonprofits, and private partners.
• Oversee acquisitions and divestitures of university assets; address AI, data privacy, and information security topics.
