Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed attorney in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Ability to become licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal support for sophisticated commercial transactions, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a broad range of agreements for a large institution.
• Provide primary legal counsel to procurement and purchasing functions, advising on policies and contracting processes.
• Lead legal support for affiliation agreements with academic institutions, healthcare providers, governments, nonprofits, and private sector partners.
• Advise on risk, governance, and regulatory compliance and coordinate with outside counsel as appropriate.
