Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years' real estate attorney experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, negotiation and advisory skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interact with senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Leasing and negotiation of commercial leases and related agreements.
- Draft, negotiate, and administer construction-related agreements.
- Structure and negotiate purchase/sale agreements and related finance documents.
- Advise on zoning, permitting, and environmental regulatory matters.
- Coordinate real estate closings and post-closing obligations.
- Provide guidance to senior facilities and real estate leadership.
