The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) is seeking a Senior Transactions Counsel to join its Legal Department in Anchorage. The role focuses on strategic legal guidance and sophisticated commercial transactions across the organization.

Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in complex transactions and healthcare law is preferred. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a base salary of $225K–$250K.

The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium is a non-profit Tribal health organization designed to meet the unique health needs of Alaska Native and American Indian people living in Alaska.

Overview:

The Senior Transactions Counsel serves as a key member of the Legal Department and provides strategic legal advice and transaction support across the organization.

Experience:

Minimum 9 years of relevant legal experience in complex commercial transactions and/or healthcare law. Experience counseling health care organizations and negotiating and advising on a wide range of strategic and operational transactions including joint ventures, real estate, financing, and professional services is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary $225-$250K.

Location:
