Qualifications

• US CPA or US Bar certification is required.
• Experience in tax due diligence and deal structuring is essential.
• Leading budgets, projects and people is expected.
• Strong writing, research, and presentation skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple client engagements on due diligence and structuring for private equity and corporate clients
• Review merger agreements and provide tax opinions
• Identify tax risks and opportunities in acquisitions and restructurings
• Advise on tax computations and financial projections for transactions
