Job summary

EY's Transaction Tax practice in the US seeks a Senior Manager to lead diverse engagement teams on acquisitions, restructurings and capital market transactions, advising PE and corporate clients to maximize value and minimize tax risk.

Qualifications

• US CPA or member of US State bar.
• Bachelor's degree and around 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and 7 years.
• Tax due diligence, deal structuring, and post-acquisition planning experience
• Experience managing budgets, projects and people

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple client engagements on due diligence and deal structuring for PE and corporate clients.
• Review merger agreements and provide opinion letters.
• Identify and analyze tax risks and opportunities while advising on alternative tax strategies for acquisitions.
• Review, assess, and advise on tax computations in financial models and projections.
