Job summary

Bishop Fleming is looking for an experienced Transaction Services professional to join our fast-growing Advisory team. You will lead financial due diligence engagements across buy-side and sell-side for corporates, owner-managed businesses, private equity investors and lenders.

Based in the South West or West Midlands (Bristol, Birmingham or Exeter), you will work with Partners and senior leaders, coach junior colleagues, and help develop our Transaction Services proposition while pursuing new

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent) is required.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Excellent communicator who can build relationships with clients and prospects.
• Commercial mindset with ability to spot opportunities for clients.
• Drive to contribute to business development and firm growth.
• Well organised with strong attention to detail.
• A real team player who works well under pressure.
