Qualifications

• College degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 1+ years experience with transaction processing in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Familiarity with Fidelity's applications including HyperScience or ICs Application.
• Ability to identify IGO/NIGO and route documents accordingly.
• Experience with customer data research using Fidelity mainframes/databases.
• SME support and training duties; monitor multiple work queues.
• Experience in a risk-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and classify customer transactions for IGO/NIGO status.
• Route documents by type and workflow queue using partner rules.
• Research customer data on Fidelity mainframes to support routing.
• Assist team members as SME and provide training.
• Monitor and ensure timely completion of work queues.
• Support process improvements and change management.
• Perform end-of-day reviews of processing queues.
