Qualifications

• College degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 1+ year experience in transaction processing in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Knowledge of Fidelity applications including HyperScience or IC S Application preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform document identification, classification and review to determine IGO or NIGO status.
• Locate, analyze and supply data elements for routing, indexing and image retrieval.
• Serve as SME, assist teammates, provide training and monitor work queues.
• Identify workflow improvements and drive process efficiencies.
• Complete end-of-day reviews of processing queues.
• Track time and volume data for reporting and compliance.
