Job summary

Astra builds mission-critical infrastructure for moving money at scale, processing billions in annual transaction volume with 99.9%+ uptime. It is a remote-first, small team where compliance is part of the operating infrastructure.

Astra's Compliance Engineer will build and operate Astra's transaction monitoring program, own controls that protect customers, and design, test, and tune monitoring rules across ACH, RTP, FedNow, and other rails.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in BSA/AML with hands-on transaction monitoring and rule design experience.
• Strong SQL skills and comfortable working independently across functions.
