Senior Transaction Manager

Job Description Summary

As part of a high-performing team, this client-facing role involves participating in deal processing, presentations, and supporting clients throughout the full lifecycle of a commercial real estate transaction.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide operational coordination to transaction management professionals supporting a dispersed portfolio of real estate locations, primarily in North America.
2. Process paperwork, ensure proper document distribution, and liaise between Real Estate, Lease Administration, and other service lines.
3. Coordinate client feedback questionnaires and surveys.
4. Support transaction documentation, including leases, renewals, purchases, sales, subleases, and options.
5. Interface with clients to report updates and gather feedback.
6. Track and report lease expirations and critical dates.
7. Draft and process service requests, client initiation documents, and engagement letters.
8. Manage transactions globally.
9. Participate in client meetings and pitches.
10. Opportunity to grow and manage deal transactions.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. 5-8 years of commercial real estate experience
3. Experience with CoStar and Real Capital Analytics is a plus
4. Real Estate Salesperson’s License or ability to obtain within six months
5. Exceptional analytical and attention to detail skills
6. Experience with cash flow analyses (preferred)
7. Ability to interpret financial statements and leases
8. Ability to work independently and in teams
9. Strong communication skills
10. Ability to multitask and prioritize
