Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP in Denver is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Transaction Services practice within Financial Advisory. You will provide due diligence and transaction advisory services to meet complex client needs across private equity, banks, and corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required and a CPA designation are preferred
• At least three (3) years of relative experience in audits and related services
• At least two (2) years of transaction services / due diligence experience highly preferred
• Professional designations or candidacy (CFE, CFA) and/or an advanced degree are a plus
• High motivation, initiative and positive attitude
• Excellent organizational skills with a multitasking ability
• Intermediate modeling and Excel skills with data-driven insights
• Ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on client and engagement management
• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports
• Research and financial analysis of target companies
• Due diligence for buy side, sell side, and corporate finance transactions
• Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service
• Participate in marketing and recruiting activities of the firm
• Opportunities for career development and advancement within the transaction advisory group
