Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years at a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction services.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• CPA preferred.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership capable.

Responsibilities

• Gather data and prepare quality of earnings reports.
• Conduct financial analysis of target companies and perform due diligence.
• Support both buy-side and sell-side transaction activities.
• Communicate with clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.
