Job summary

BRG Transaction Advisory is seeking professionals to work in a team-oriented environment on diverse transaction advisory assignments. The candidate will articulate findings on financial issues and key value drivers, with emphasis on financial modeling, cash flow analysis and working capital trends.

Responsibilities include supporting buy/sell diligence, leading report preparation, and identifying purchase price adjustments and deal insights while collaborating across TA and BRG experts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, Management, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related field (MBA or CPA is a plus)
• 6+ years of work experience, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment
• Expertise in financial modeling and analysis (Excel) including 3-statement models and cash flows

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities of TA client service teams on buy/sell side diligence engagements
• Lead preparation of reports, analyses, and client deliverables
• Assist in identifying purchase price adjustments and deal-structuring insights
• Analyze financial trends, working capital, and benchmark analyses
• Collaborate with professionals across firms to achieve engagement objectives
• Participate in business development and marketing efforts
