The role emphasizes financial modeling, quality of earnings, working capital trends, and delivering client-ready analyses. Travel up to 25% is expected as part of engagement delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Expertise in financial modeling and analysis (Excel), including 3-statement models, cash flows and scenarios.
• Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data.
• Excellent written and oral communication and ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities of BRG's Corporate Finance - Transaction Advisory teams on buy/sell side due diligence.
• Lead delegation, supervision and leadership across engagement areas.
• Identify issues for purchase price adjustments and deal-structuring insights.
• Use financial and analytical skills to perform trend analysis, working capital, and cash flow work.
• Collaborate with TA and BRG experts, prepare reports and client deliverables.
• Contribute to marketing, client pitches, and practice development.
