Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, Management, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related field (MBA or CPA is a plus)
• Minimum 3 years of work experience, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment
• Expertise in financial modeling and analysis (Excel), including 3-statement models, cash flows and scenario analyses

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities of BRG's Corporate Finance – Transaction Advisory client service teams on buy and sell side diligence engagements.
• Demonstrate consistent leadership across all engagement areas.
• Assist in identifying issues for purchase price adjustments and deal structuring insights.
• Utilize finance, accounting and analytical skills for QAOs, trend analysis, working capital, benchmarking and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with TA and BRG experts and client contacts to achieve engagement objectives.
• Lead the preparation of reports, analyses, and client deliverables.
• Participate in marketing, client pitches and practice development.
• Demonstrate professionalism, ethics, and integrity.
• Expand your network with clients as a trusted advisor.
